Beyond her brokerage leadership, Elana is an international real estate developer focused on Florida and the Mexican Caribbean. Her development work includes luxury, landmark boutique projects—ranging from hotels to condominiums and low-rise residences—built for long-term value, architectural distinction, and exceptional performance.

Throughout her career, Elana has cultivated strong, trusted relationships both locally and internationally with some of the most reputable developers, partners, and groups in the world. These relationships continually create new opportunities and unparalleled access for her clients.

Elana also manages builder accounts for top developers across Toronto and the GTA, working closely with some of Canada’s most respected firms. Her multifaceted expertise spans legal processes, marketing, operations, management, customer service, and property management—allowing her to offer clients and colleagues a uniquely comprehensive and deeply informed approach.

Outside of her professional work, Elana enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, practicing yoga, traveling, cooking, and giving back to the community. She is currently involved in developing a state-of-the-art private school that emphasizes real-life skills, trades, entrepreneurship, wellness, and holistic growth.
