Elana completely exceeded all my expectations of a real estate agent from the first day of working together. As someone new to the condo market she promptly and thoroughly answered any and every question I came up with, and I had a lot of questions! She was very honest and conscientious during the entire process of finding me a condo that custom fit my needs. Elana was able to find over a dozen incredible apartments all within my budget as well as within my desired location within 24 hours of meeting with her. During the process she was very quick and efficient and always got back to me within a few hours but usually within the hour with answers to my many questions. She was very polite and professional and was accommodating to my schedule.
